What is the difference between an Order and an Order Item?
An order is a consolidated list of items that the customers would have bought from portal in one transaction. An order can have more than one product and with different quantities contained in it. An order item corresponds to a unique product in an order and can have multiple quantities.
How to cancel an order ?
If the order or the item(s) in the order, that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel that order by login into your account. Then follow these steps. Myorders Tab > go to the particular order > Click on OrderID of that order, you will go to order detail page.> There click cancel order. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
I cancelled an order by mistake. What should I do?
An order can only be cancelled if the shipment has not yet been confirmed. If you still wants the product, then please place a new order.
What is the difference between a refunded and a cancelled order?
A decision to not fulfil an order prior to shipping-confirmation is a cancelled order. Once an order is shipped, a decision to accept a return or not ship an item is treated as a refund.
What should I do if I missed the delivery of my order ?
The courier service delivering your order usually re-attempts on the next working day in case you miss a delivery.
I don't get the invoice for my order. What should I do now ?
You can download a soft copy also by login into your account. Go to my orders tab and select that particular order. There is a link invoice .click on the link to download
